  2. Paid Search: Are people currently bidding on this phrase, and what’s the estimated CPC so far?
  3. Trend: Is this keyphrase trending towards growth or decline?

Contrary to popular belief, no advertising and no SEO competition (i.e. the sign of no customers) is a very bad sign. It means there’s no market too.
